Weather looked good last weekend but it was politically good to do domestic stuff. Having earned loads of boat points I announced that 'next weekend I'm sailing, I might even go on a little cruise'!! now look. I've just nipped over and lashed the wind genny and removed the spray hood, looks like it could be a bit breezy tomorrow, bother n blast. And, just to rub it in, the dinghy engine decided to cut out in the middle of a squall which was blowing me in the wrong direction, that was enough exercise for today!

For someone aged 107 it must have been quite an arduous row! How do you keep so fit for your age?

I've given up with "Brownie points" .... they are so short lived as to be worthless !
Air Miles (or as we joke - Air Inches) at least last a year before they fade away ! I found that out when I tried to cash in my 15,000 credit ! Sorry Mr. Luther but they are past 1 yr and have been voided .. you still have your points though ... And what are the points worth ? Never really got an answer to that one, except it upgrades your BA Club card !
Brownie points ? I just now go and do what I want - I get flak whether I comply or not ... so may as well have good reason for it !! ;D
