Greetings.....
So where to start?
27' cruiser mostly used on one particular river....SWMBO can't stand it unless we're with a boat-load of guests with food and booze at which point 'my' boat suddenly becomes 'ours'....wierd eh? ;D
I apologise in advance for taking the Mick....it's all in good humour but sometimes I just can't help myself. Life is too short for bitching.....
So....wonder where I should go now...?

Who's there? Welcome to SBC! I can't help with party advice; my wife very rarely strays onto my boat (although she would be most welcome and I do offer now and again) and I don't think a boat load of guests, if I could arrange such a thing, would be any help either. However, it looks like you've managed to sign up as a member so you can go anywhere you want on the forum and join in as much as you like! (There isn't a vetting process or any such nonsense any more, unless, apparently, you're from Manchester but that seems to be a new rule that's just emerged today so I'd simply keep quiet about it if it's the case)

Welcome in, but be careful, taking the mick isn't really nice you know. Bloody Mancs overrunning the place! ;D I'll have to watch my back when I go visit No1 son in Rochdale...

Dirty smelly place I've not been there for about 10 years. and I was born in Moss side, but in 1938 it was quite a nice place then. ;D There is one thing that really upsets me, thats the Manchester Ship Canal they make it so hard for visitors to have a trip up and back from Liverpool. OK if you winter up in Manchester or Northwich, but to do a cruise visit darn expensive.
