Replacing an ageing two-blade folding prop with a Brunton Autoprop. Added just over a knot to my motoring speed, and brilliant for motorsailing.

I removed the forward bulkhead, made more space,(cured my claustiphobia) put in a vanity unit with sink cupboard and drylocker, replaced cooker for oven grill and hob, put in new sinks, electric water pumps, a fridge, a chart plotter and tiller pilot. New radio, changed quarter berth to sail locker, removed chart table and made it into a bench seat. put sliding chart table under other quarter berth. I made a sail stacker, with lazyjacks to replace round boom furling, and am in the process of making a reefing system that is controlled from the boom end (easier for me) and will replace the boltrope with sliders when I can. I cant decide which was the most important change for me, some were for comfort and some for safety and some for ease of use, but altogether make my single handed sailing a more pleasant experience.

That's quite a list!
Nice to get the boat to suit you though, only had mine since the beginning of the year and had a lot of work just to get her sailing. Slowly getting on with making the interior comfortable now...

Since getting Superanne over here to my home in Latvia ... my head has been spinning with so many ideas to improve the boat .. it is difficult to know where to start.
I have sat with paper and pen - jotting down what I need and what is not necessary. Big difference in the lists. And like many people - the jobs that get done are not necessarily agreeing with those lists.
Still that's boats !
