If you're thinking of joining, we have a relatively small group of active members, but we are very friendly & helpful - that's the advantage of being small!
Our membership is quite widely spread, so there will probably be someone in your neck of the woods, or at least someone who knows it well enough to respond to any questions or comments.
Just give it a try, if it turns out you don't like what we do, nothing is lost, you can just let your membership lapse.

Searush is right and the Club welcomes all those who like a banter, have answers / tricks / suggestions to pass on ... and those who NEED those tricks, answers, suggestions .... In fact all who simply love boats !
No-one expects experts or people to know all ... Club is designed to be there for absolute first time novices to old far** who've been around so long even they forgot !!
Try it - Its worth it !

Lots of newbies recently, but they all seem very shy. ;-( Yes, and I even left a PM for one last week as his username indicated he's 'down west' somewhere! No response yet.

I suspect people join to have a look, rather like viewing houses for sale, with no intention of doing anything else. Just nosy gongoozelers?
Suppose they could prove me wrong and add somethng to the party. I do hope so, but we shall just have to wait & see.

Not many on here these days Skipper, but I look from time to time. Wish it was a bit more active.
